1. Prepare pasta al dente, drain and rinse in cold water.
2. Combine pasta, poached chicken, spinach leaves, red bell pepper, and scallions in large serving bowl.
3. In small mixing bowl, mix together red wine vinegar, reduced-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, teriyaki sauce, prepared chili sauce, and grated ginger. Whisk to mix thoroughly.
4. Toss Asian dressing with pasta salad.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
6. Garnish with almonds just before serving. |
