1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, place the fennel, onions and asparagus.
3. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and stir to coat.
4. Transfer the mixture to a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown, occasionally stirring.
6. Place the cooked pasta in a large serving bowl and add the tomatoes, olives, parsley and roasted vegetables.
7. Whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the noodles and vegetables and toss well to coat.
9. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
10. Serve.
