1. In large serving bowl, whisk together orange juice, orange marmalade, vegetable oil, white wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard.
2. Add pasta to sauce and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Stir occasionally.
3. To serve add avocado slices, orange sections, red bell pepper squares, green onion and cilantro.
4. Toss and serve on assorted salad greens. |
