Broccoli Pasta Toss

Broccoli flowerets tossed with shell pasta, raisins, chopped red onion, chopped bell pepper and salad dressing prepared from mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, coarse salt, and fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients -

Salad:
1 cup Broccoli Flowerets
1 1/4 cups Shell Pasta, cooked
1/2 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
1/3 cup Red Onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Red Bell Pepper

Dressing:
1/3 cup Reduced-Calorie Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. Combine all of the salad ingredients.

2. Combine all of the dressing ingredients and mix well.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Toss and serve immediately.
