Caesar Pasta Salad

Hard cooked eggs, red onion, red and green bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, tomato, fresh parsley and penne pasta mixed with Caesar salad dressing and served over romaine lettuce.
Ingredients -

3 cups (10 ounces) Penne Pasta, uncooked
2 Hard-Cooked Eggs, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Red or Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1 ounce (1/4 cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, snipped
1 (8 ounces) bottle Low Fat Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
1 small Tomato
1 (3/4 pound) head Romaine Lettuce, shredded

 
Preparation:

1. Cook pasta al dente, pour into colander, drain, rinse with cold water, drain.

2. Place pasta in serving bowl.

3. Add chopped eggs, chopped bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to pasta.

4. Pour Caesar salad dressing over pasta salad.

5. Toss to combine.

6. Garnish with tomato.

7. Serve chilled over shredded Romaine lettuce.
