California Club Pasta Salad

Pasta shells, deli turkey, deli ham, scallions, fresh spinach, and tomato tossed with ranch dressing and garnished with crumbled bacon.
Ingredients -

3 cups Uncooked Medium Pasta Shells (7-1/2 ounces)
3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1 medium Tomato, chopped
1/4 pound Deli-Style Sliced Turkey, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1/4 pound Deli-Style Sliced Ham, cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 medium Green Onions, sliced
1 (10-ounce) bag washed Fresh Spinach
1 slice Bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

 
Preparation:

1. Cook pasta al dente, remove from heat to colander. Rinse pasta with cold water. Drain.

2. Toss pasta with ranch dressing, chopped tomato, turkey strips, ham strips, and green onions.

3. Place fresh spinach leaves on serving platter.

4. Top spinach leaves with pasta salad.

5. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
