Pasta salad is prepared from cooked chicken breast combined with cooked shell pasta, diced red pepper, diced green pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled Feta cheese and Caesar salad dressing.
Ingredients -
3 Chicken Breasts, cooked, cut into small cubes
2 cups Rotini or Shell Pasta (cooked, rinsed and cooled)
1/2 Red Pepper, diced
1/2 Green Pepper, diced
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup Feta cheese crumbled (optional)
1/4 Caesar Salad Dressing (more or less to taste and to coat)
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, add the peppers and tomatoes.
2. Add the chicken cubes, pasta and feta to large bowl.
3. Add the dressing and mix thoroughly.
4. Chill and serve when ready.
