Cold Spaghetti Salad

Pasta salad created by combining diced white or yellow onion, chopped green bell pepper, chopped cucumber, chopped Roma or vine-ripened tomato, grated carrot, chopped celery, dry salad supreme seasoning mix, Italian dressing with Parmesan, and cooked spaghetti. Served cold.

Ingredients -

1 medium White or Yellow Onion, diced
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 medium Cucumber, peeled and chopped into bite sized pieces
2 medium Roma or Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 cup grated Carrot
1 cup chopped Celery
1 jar Salad Supreme (dry seasoning marinade)
1 (12 ounces) bottle Italian Dressing with Parmesan
1 pound Spaghetti or long pasta shape

 
Preparation:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

2. Cook one pound spaghetti.

3. Mix marinade into spaghetti and serve.

2 Ounces of Dried Pasta
2 ounces of dried pasta will yield 1 to 1-1/2 cups of cooked pasta. The amount will vary slightly depending on type, size and shape.

When preparing pasta for and appetizer or side dish, plan on ¾ cups of cooked pasta per serving.
