Crab Pasta Salad with Broccoli and White Onion

Pasta salad features small shape pasta such as Rotini or shells combined with flaked fresh crab meat, mayonnaise, minced garlic, diced white onion, finely chopped broccoli florets, coarse salt, and fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients -
4 cups Small Shape Pasta, cooked, drained, rinsed in cold water and chilled
1/2 package Crabmeat
1-1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 White Onion, diced
1 small head Broccoli Florets, finely chopped
2 Celery Stalks, finely chopped
 
Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, garlic, broccoli, onion, pasta and crabmeat.

2. Season to taste with coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper.

3. Chill for 2 hours then serve.
