Pasta Salad Making Tips -
Pasta
A small or medium shaped pasta is the best choice for use in this salad. The chunky meats and vegetables are approximately the same size as rotini, penne or rigatoni shaped pastas.

Pasta Salad Making Tips -
Cider Vinegar
Substitute champagne vinegar for the cider or 1/3 cup red wine vinegar plus a few tablespoons of water in place of the cider vinegar.
