Ham and Pasta Salad

Pasta salad features cooked macaroni combined with chopped cooked ham, chopped cheddar cheese, chopped celery, chopped green onion and dressed with prepared mustard and mayonnaise. Pasta salad is seasoned with coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper, and topped with quarted hard cooked eggs and tomato wedges before serving.

Ingredients -

8 ounces Macaroni, cooked until al dente, drained, cooled
12 ounces Cooked Ham, chopped
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, chopped
4 Celery Stalks, trimmed and chopped
5 Green Onions, chopped
1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
8 ounces Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, quartered
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges

 
Preparation:

1. In a large salad bowl, combine the ham, cheese, celery and spring onions.

2. Mix in the macaroni.

3. In a small bowl, combine the mustard and mayo.

4. Season to taste.

5. Add the mayo to the salad and mix well to coat.

6. Garnish with the chopped eggs and tomato wedges.
