Italian Vegetable Pasta Salad

Simple, easy pasta salad featuring cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli. Salad is tossed in Italian dressing.
Ingredients -

1 Box Tri-Colored Rotini Pasta
1 pound Bag Frozen Cauliflower, Carrot, Broccoli Combination (thawed)
1 Bottle Favorite Italian Salad Dressing Regular or Light

 
Preparation:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Rinse the pasta with cold water.

3. Drain well.

4. Add the thawed vegetables to the pasta.

5. Decorate it with tomato wedges and radish roses or pepper rings.

2 Ounces of Dried Pasta
2 ounces of dried pasta will yield 1 to 1-1/2 cups of cooked pasta. The amount will vary slightly depending on type, size and shape.
