1. For the dressing: In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, mayonnaise, honey, salt and pepper.
2. Whisk in the oil and dill and set aside.
3. For the pasta salad: Heat a pot of lightly salted water to boiling.
4. Add the bow tie pasta and cook as the package directs which takes about 8 minutes.
5. Drain and rinse the pasta with cool water.
6. Let cool until it is room temperature.
7. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, chicken, red pepper, celery and cheese.
8. Drizzle it with dressing and toss to coat.
