1. Cook whole-wheat pasta according to package instructions.
2. Add pasta, cooked chicken, raisins, red apple, and green onions to large serving bowl.
3. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey and Dijon mustard.
4. Pour dressing over pasta and toss to coat.
5. Top with slivered almonds just prior to serving.
6. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to use.
