Rotini Pasta Salad

Rotini pasta marinated in zesty Italian dressing is combined with chopped vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced green pepper, sliced radish, chopped green onion, sliced cucumber, crumbled Feta cheese, dill weed, dried basil, dried oregano, and garlic powder.

Ingredients -
8 Roma or Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, chopped
Black Olives, sliced
4 Green Bell Peppers, sliced
1-1/2 bunches Radishes, sliced
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
1 (16 ounces) package Rotini Pasta
1 long Cucumber, sliced
1 pound Feta Cheese
1 bottle Italian Dressing
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Dill
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Basil
1 tablespoon Oregano
Garlic Powder
 
Preparation:

1. Cook rotini and toss with dressing while still warm.

2. Add veggies and cheese at last minute and toss.

Green bell peppers are loaded with vitamin A and vitamin C. To liven up the look of this pasta salad you could substitute red, yellow or orange bell pepper for some or all of the green to add extra colors.
