1. Toss cooked and drained pasta with French dressing.
2. Drain, pick through and clean, flake salmon.
3. Toss salmon to pasta.
4. Stir in green onion, bell pepper and cilantro.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, mayonnaise, sour cream and tomato paste. Blend well.
6. Add lime juice mixture to pasta and toss.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
8. Just prior to serving, toss the diced avocado into the salad.
9. Spoon the salmon and avocado pasta salad onto lettuce leaves.
10. Garnish individual servings with paprika. |
