Seafarers Pasta Salad

Small shell pasta cooked al dente and cooled. Pasta salad prepared from cooked pasta combined with imitation crab, chopped celery, chopped green onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped fresh parsley and dressed with mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, Dijon mustard.

Ingredients -

4 ounces Uncooked Pasta
8 ounces Crab Surimi Seafood Chunks
1/2 cup chopped Celery
1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
1/4 cup chopped Peppers
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Dressing:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

 
Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta until al dente.

2. Drain.

3. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.

4. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients.

5. Add the crab mixture and toss to coat.

6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before you are ready to serve.
