Seafood Pasta Salad

Rotini pasta, broccoli flowerets, green pepper, flaked tuna and olives tossed with Italian dressing.
Ingredients -

1 Package Elbow Macaroni or Rotini
3 Cup Broccoli Flowerets
1 Cup Green Pepper (diced)
2 Cans Tuna (drained & chunked or shrimp, crab meat or sea legs, (7 oz. each))
3/4 Cups Ripe Olives (sliced and pitted)
1 Cup Prepared Italian Salad Dressing

 
Preparation:

1. Cook macaroni as directed on package.

2. Drain and rinse with cold water.

3. Meanwhile, blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes.

4. Drain and rinse with cold water.

5. Add to macaroni with peppers, tuna and olives.

6. Add dressing and toss.

Add 1 tablespoon of dried herbs to cooking water for every pound of pasta.
