Shrimp Pasta Salad with Fresh Peas and Dill

Delicious pasta salad dish features cooked shrimp, fresh peas, and small shell pasta tossed in dressing prepared from sour cream, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, sea salt, and dill. Pasta salad recipe is completed with the addition of chopped hard cooked egg, pickle relish, chopped green onion and celery. Best served after it has chilled for several hours.

Ingredients -
1 pound medium Shrimp, shelled, cleaned, cooked, chilled
2 cups Fresh Shelled Peas
3/4 cup Macaroni or Small Pasta Shells
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dill Weed
4 Hard Cooked Eggs, chopped
1/4 cup pickle Relish
2 tablespoons chopped Green Onion
1 cup sliced Celery
 
Preparation:

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp then crumble.

2. Combine the pasta, bacon and the rest of the ingredients, save the lettuce and toss to combine.

3. Serve the dressing over the salad and serve.
