Ingredients -
12 ounces Rotini Pasta, cooked until al dente, drained
12 ounces Spinach Tortellini
2 dozen Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
10 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to a small bowl.
2. Add the pasta, cheese and olive oil and toss to combine.
3. Serve immediately.
