Cheese Tortellini
Cheese tortellini can be made at home with some effort. The results will far surpass the prepackaged offerings in many cases. Cheese tortellini can be purchased at most supermarkets and can
usually be found next to the prepackaged shredded cheeses.

White Wine Vinegar
White wine vinegar is produced from white wine. The quality can vary greatly. The highest quality wine vinegars offer the best flavor. Champagne vinegar would be a suitable substitute as
would red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar if you do not mind the pink color they add.
