1. Add 1 cup of elbow macaroni to a saucepan in 1 quart of boiling water.
2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
3. Simmer for 10 minutes until the macaroni is al dente.
4. Remove from the heat.
5. Drain and rinse with cold water.
6. Mix the green onion, bell peppers, parsley, tuna, celery and lemon in a large bowl.
7. Fold in the lettuce and mayonnaise.
8. Mix well.
9. Add the paprika.
10. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. |
