Winter Fruit Pasta Salad

Small pasta shells combined with chopped apple, chopped pear, chopped green onion, dried cranberries, mayonnaise, orange marmalade, dried marjoram leaves, and coarse salt.

Ingredients -

1 cup (4 ounces) Uncooked Small Pasta Shells, cooked until al dente, drained, rinsed
1 medium Apple, chopped
1 medium Pear, chopped
4 medium Green Onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped Pecans
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/3 cup Fat-Free Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
3 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
1/2 teaspoon Dried Marjoram Leaves
1/4 teaspoon Coarse Salt

 
Preparation:

1. Mix the pasta, apple, pear, onions, pecans and cranberries in large glass bowl.

2. Mix all the remaining ingredients in small bowl.

3. Stir the mixture into the pasta.

4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

5. Serve.
